In this dialogue-based exhibition tour, an art educator will provide insights into the exhibition Pictures and Pasts – 75 Years of the Association of German Artists and the history of the Kunsthaus Dahlem building and its use over the past decades. We take works of art as a starting point for a joint conversation.

The art educator and art historian Tanja-Bianca Schmidt will guide the tour. Tanja-Bianca Schmidt studied art history in a global context. Her focus is on power critique, black identity and postcolonial theory. She works as a political mediator for various museums in Berlin and regularly organises workshops on discrimination-sensitive approaches to art history.
