About the Project
In her performance Freifangen (Catching Freedom), Juliane Siebeke explores the space of Kunsthaus Dahlem, its history and the memories associated with Arno Brekerʼs former studio. With her own feelings and a special perspective, she connects with the place and gives it a new meaning – a message of freedom, dreams and emotions. With a delight in surprises and the power of the moment, she captures the audience and creates a positive, liberating context that invites reflection and empathy.
